The room was spacious, featuring a comfortable living area. The bathroom was nice and roomy, providing ample space to move around. Temperature control was poor; it was set to 85 upon arrival, making it initially uncomfortable. Noise from the airport was noticeable, but the double-glass windows significantly reduced it. The carpet felt crunchy, and the towel rack fell off when I used it. the cleanliness left something to be desired, with peeling paint and maintenance issues evident. the bed was cozy, contributing to a decent sleeping experience despite the drawbacks.

All in all, it's nicely appointed place that has friendly efficient and so efficient staff with great service.

The room at the Embassy was spacious and clean, which was great for my family. there were some issues with maintenance - the freezer in the refrigerator was leaking, but the staff promptly cleaned it up. The facility itself felt a bit outdated, with rooms smelling stale and in need of some updating. One of the biggest perks was the accommodating staff - always available at the front desk and even offering drink vouchers for happy hour. The complimentary shuttle service was convenient for our transit needs. But the post-stay experience left much to be desired - it took several months to get my deposit refunded, and when I inquired the hotel's response was poor. Breakfast was mediocre compared to other Embassy Suites, and the rooms could use some updates like fixing cracks in the bathtub and stains on the couches. some amenities like the ironing facilities and free toiletries were lacking or not up to par. Although the hotel provided a free airport shuttle, the experience was lacking in terms of communication and organization. The shuttle service was unclear, and there was a long wait for service at the bistro. the stay was adequate but lacked the attention to detail and modern amenities that would make it truly comfortable and enjoyable.

Many things to mention - everything was clean, fresh food, good views. The room was quiet and luxurious and come with a living room, a dining area and free coffee. The breakfast was awesome with many choices.

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds. That’s where the positives end. Housekeeping? Zero for three nights. Paid for a corner suite, got a standard room with no recompense. Breakfast options were limited—disappointing for a chain known for variety. Parking fees? Outrageous. The irrelevant 14% tax just added to my frustration. Staff at the front desk? Indifferent to my family’s needs. The noise from outside was terrible, and the cleanliness left much to be desired, with even unsightly stains present. I’ve stayed at this brand before and expected much more. This experience has regrettably altered my view. Priorities need realignment here. Too much money spent for far less than anticipated.

All in all, it was ideal base for traveling to Los Angeles.

The water park was awesome and perfect for kids. The free shuttle to the airport was super handy after the wedding.

It wasn’t inexpensive, but still reasonable for what you get.

I loved this hotel, it was clean and sublime. Everything was great, even so a few employees were just terrible.

The hot breakfast variety was impressive and added a nice touch to our stay.

Embassy Suites Los Angeles - International Airport/North offers excellent convenience for travelers, situated just minutes from the airport. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a nice living area. the advertised amenities like the breakfast and happy hour have significantly declined.

Everything was perfect, loved my stay there. The rooms were brand-new and neat with a shower and kitchenette and a balcony, nothing too much trouble. They offered me decent meals, had plenty of options to choose from.

Free shuttle to the airport is very convenient. Nice staff, clean and spacious room.

The breakfast did not meet my expectations, in any case it was plentiful.
